Delivery Only

Prepared food delivered to your location. Ideal when your own team will handle setup, service and cleanup.

02 / STAFFED BUFFET

Buffet Service

Royal Pit attendants set up, maintain and break down your food-service area.

  • Event attendants: $45–$55 per hour
  • Five-hour minimum per attendant
  • Standard serviceware: $4–$6 per guest
  • Premium compostable serviceware: $7–$10 per guest

03 / FULL SERVICE

Royal Pit Experience

For larger celebrations, live-fire presentations and events requiring coordinated service.

  • Pitmaster or carver: $70–$85 per hour
  • Event captain: $60–$75 per hour
  • Attendants, setup and breakdown scoped to the event
  • Rentals quoted separately when required

Serving equipment

Chafing dish, fuel and serving utensils: $30–$45 per station. Specialty rentals are billed at vendor cost plus handling.

Cleanup

Normal food-station breakdown is covered by scheduled staff time. Expanded cleanup generally ranges from $195–$500, depending on guest count, waste removal and venue requirements.

Before you book: Staffing levels, service hours, supplies, travel, rentals and cleanup are based on guest count, venue conditions and the selected service style. Service fees are not gratuities. Applicable taxes may be added to the final quote.

What does delivery cost?

The standard delivery charge is $50 per order, applied once regardless of the number of trays. The displayed total is before any applicable tax. We confirm the final amount before accepting your order.

How far in advance should I order?

Send your requested date as early as you can. Lead time and availability are confirmed individually, especially for whole goat or lamb. A date selected here is a request, not a reserved slot.

Is there a minimum order or deposit?

Any displayed 50% deposit is indicative, not a payment request. Minimum orders, the final deposit, balance deadline, cancellation and refund terms require confirmation in your final quote before you commit.

Can you accommodate allergies or dietary needs?

Include your dietary questions in the notes and speak with us before confirming. We will discuss ingredients and preparation; submitting a note does not guarantee an allergen-free meal.

What happens after I submit?

Your request is saved and you receive an on-screen reference number. It is not a confirmed order or booking. For follow-up, call 310-256-0631 and quote your reference. For delivery requests, the receipt shows the email notification status and provides a prepared email to royalpit.bbq@gmail.com when needed. No automatic customer confirmation email is sent. This site does not collect payment.

We serve Moreno Valley and surrounding areas. The $50 local delivery charge is a planning amount until we review your city or ZIP. Locations outside our local service area may require a different fee or may not be available. Dates, delivery windows, minimum orders and preparation lead times require confirmation. Whole goat and lamb require advance arrangements.

Estimates, deposits and booking

Menu package prices cover the listed food package, not unlimited guests. Portions and final quantities require review. A preliminary estimate is not a final quote or a reserved date. Any 50% deposit displayed is indicative, based on estimated charges before tax, and is not a payment request. We will confirm the deposit, balance deadline, cancellation/refund terms and change policy in your final quote before you commit. This site does not take payment.
